Welcome to Lisra.Ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using the Lisra.Ai website, platform and related services (the "Service"). The Service is operated by FiKHSONS™ Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in line with applicable laws.
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens through your account. If you believe your account has been used without permission, please contact us as soon as possible.
Paid plans may include a recurring subscription and usage-based charges for items such as Ai processing, voice minutes and Short Message Service (SMS) messages. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. You may cancel a plan at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Please use the Service responsibly. You may not use Lisra.Ai to send spam, break the law, harm another person, infringe someone else's rights, interfere with the platform, or try to copy, reverse-engineer or misuse our systems.
You keep ownership of the business data, messages, files and other content you provide to the Service. We own the Lisra.Ai software, design, website, brand, workflows and related materials. We may use your content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service, or as otherwise allowed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Lisra.Ai may connect with services such as Meta, Google, Twilio, payment providers, messaging tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Those services are provided by separate companies, and their own terms and policies may apply.
We work hard to keep Lisra.Ai reliable, but no online service is perfect. From time to time, the Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, network issues or third-party outages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
We may update these Terms as Lisra.Ai grows. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
